Job Description
Boca Recovery Center is seeking a Case Manager to provide comprehensive case management services to clients in a substance use disorder treatment setting. The role involves assisting with discharge planning, resource linkage, documentation, and advocacy. This position requires a highly organized individual with empathy and a commitment to client-centered services.
Requirements
- Valid State Driver’s License
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- CPR certification (or within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in substance abuse treatment
- Understanding of addiction behavior and recovery support services
