Director of Nursing

Boca Recovery Center is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (RN) to oversee medical services within a behavioral healthcare setting. The role involves overseeing clinical staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining infection control, and promoting evidence-based practices. This is a fully-remote position reporting to Medical Director.

Requirements

• RN degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 2–3 years in a Director of Nursing or nursing leadership role.
• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Experience in a Residential Detox setting
• Knowledge of ASAM criteria, The Joint Commission, DEA, and SAMHSA OTP regulations.
