Director of Nursing

Boca Recovery Center is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (RN) to oversee medical services within a behavioral healthcare setting. This role focuses on ensuring high standards of care, regulatory compliance, and managing infection control. The ideal candidate will lead a dynamic clinical team and collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to deliver trauma-informed, client-centered services.

Requirements

• RN degree from an accredited nursing program
• Minimum 2–3 years in a Director of Nursing or nursing leadership role
• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of employment
• Knowledge of ASAM, The Joint Commission, DEA, and SAMHSA OTP regulations
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills
• Proven ability to supervise and manage multidisciplinary clinical teams
• Proficient in EMR documentation and healthcare compliance
• Experience in infection control surveillance and education
• Clear and effective communication skills
