Outreach Representative

Boca Recovery Center is seeking an Outreach Representative to connect referral management, support client outcomes, and foster partnership within the healthcare team. This role involves handling inbound and outbound referrals, managing stepdowns, and tracking patient progress in Salesforce. A strong understanding of addiction treatment and a proactive, problem-solving mindset are required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's Degree preferred.
• Background in business development, outreach, admissions, or referral management in behavioral healthcare.
• Strong understanding of addiction, treatment protocols, and the full continuum of care.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or other CRMs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and EMR systems.
