Requirements

• Pilot projects of engineering in the study phase for the Business Unit Nuclear France of Boccard
• Write and price technical and commercial offers
• Qualify and write responses to tender for the study of construction, modernization of industrial installations on the energy market
• Define strategies, propose technical and economic optimizations
• Pilot projects of realization of studies until the final reception to ensure the objectives according to the Boccard processes
• Ensure contractual commitments with the client and ensure that resources are compatible with planning constraints
• Anticipate potential project risks and propose preventive alternatives
• Lead project reviews to follow up on project progress and follow up on the study planning
• Detect deviations, prepare and negotiate contract amendments, and ensure the follow-up of internal operational modes
• Manage external consultations (writing specifications, analyzing offers, alignment) and write technical notes
