Requirements

• Develop and update Healthcare Affairs plan based on external environment analysis
• Coordinate and execute asset/disease-specific initiatives and regional access plans
• Synchronize Healthcare Affairs Plan with other cross-functional plans
• Design, optimize, and coordinate MAHA operation model
• Regulatory and organizational requirements
• Extensive knowledge of Japan pharmaceutical operating environment and health policy landscape
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Native Japanese and fluent in English
