Job Description
We are looking for an S2P Direct Specialist with German language proficiency to join our team in Wrocław, Poland. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support for the Source to Pay process, assisting users and vendors, and participating in process optimization.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (min. C1) and English (min. B2)
- At least 2 years of professional experience in customer service or contact center
- Completed higher education
- Excellent communication skills
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Any additional European language (especially Italian) is an advantage
