As a Sr. Specialist, Performance Management & Compensation Planning, you will drive global impact in performance and compensation excellence. You will support global services in Performance Management and Compensation Planning, working across multiple time zones to ensure smooth and compliant delivery.
Requirements
- University degree in business administration or comparable
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in HR with knowledge of compensation and/or performance management or global HR Services
- Extensive knowledge of Performance & Compensation procedures and processes
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors or SAP is essential, with excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with ServiceNow is preferred
- International experience, cultural sensitivity and cultural awareness paired with the ability to work across business units and geographies
- Strategic and holistic thought process on Performance Management, Compensation Planning and Succession Management to better improve existing processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
