Job Description
The Area Coordinator or Non-line Manager/Staff is responsible for promoting the penetration of BAYER's distribution policy and product value-up activities to the assigned area and BAYER's products. They will build relationships with assigned area leaders, collect information to support the formulation of distribution strategies, ensure proper logistics management, and construct a new cooperation model with assigned areas.
