Technical Manager, Companion Animals, Therapeutics, ASKAN

The Technical Manager, Companion Animals, Therapeutics, ASKAN leads regional technical strategy and service delivery for companion animal therapeutics. The position ensures alignment with business objectives, drives scientific excellence, and fosters collaboration across markets.

Requirements

• Degree in Veterinary Science required; Internal Medicine specialization is a plus.
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a Technical Veterinarian or practicing Veterinarian
• Experience in animal health is preferred
• Experience working with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)/Thought Leaders
• Strong communication skills in order to facilitate discussions across functions and across regions
• Strong written & verbal communication skills along with excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to develop stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to lead and coordinate medium/large and diverse groups of professionals
• Demonstrated solid decision making and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated strategic thinking, initiative, creativity and proven track record for innovation
• Demonstrated ability to lead, collaborate and deliver results in a highly matrix organization
