Job Description
This Quality Engineer position supports strategies, plans, and goals for interfacing with the Research and Development Organization, defining Key Product Characteristics and Controls, and conveying quality and value-added improvements to the design department.
Requirements
- Own the process for generating, distributing, and securing approval for all applicable customer quality submittals.
- Lead the coordination and resolution of complex process non-conformances related to specialized materials and processes.
- Implement robust Root Cause Analysis (RCA), drive Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and ensure timely communication of results across departments.
- Act as the primary technical quality liaison with key partners regarding complex processing issues to ensure alignment on quality standards, process controls, and deviation management.
- Coordinate the development, rigorous implementation, and comprehensive training for all Quality Assurance procedures and work instructions.
