Requirements
- Manage cash and administrative operations (payments, returns, Gift Cards, credit notes)
- Monitor omnichannel flows (Click&Collect, Seek&Send) and ensure correct procedure management
- Support the team in customer loyalty and CRM management
- Ensure a precise and punctual administrative flow: invoices, petty cash, reporting
- Collaborate with the Store Manager for communication with the central office and operational training of the team
- Contribute to maintaining the order and image of the store, respecting the premium standards of the brand
