Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Advisor to join our team in Rome, Italy. As a Sales Advisor, you will be a true Brand Ambassador, welcoming every customer with attention, understanding their needs, and accompanying them in a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
Requirements
- Provide an exceptional service, valuing every interaction with the customer and promoting the Brand, product, and loyalty programs.
- Understand customer needs, tell the product with passion, and guide them in the most suitable choice.
- Create long-term relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty.
- Promote complementary and omnichannel sales (Click&Collect, Seek&Send, in-store tablets).
- Actively contribute to reaching sales and team targets.
- Maintain the order, care, and image of the boutique (front and back) in line with the Brand standards.
- Support the management of omnichannel flows and inventory activities.
- Contribute to cash management and operational procedures, respecting company policies.
