Requirements
- Offer an exceptional service, highlighting every interaction with the client and promoting the Brand, product, and loyalty programs.
- Understand the client's needs, tell the product with passion, and guide them in the most suitable choice.
- Create long-term relationships with clients, building trust and loyalty.
- Promote complementary and omnichannel sales (Click&Collect, Seek&Send, in-store tablets).
- Contribute actively to achieving sales and team targets.
- Manage professional requests or complaints, in collaboration with the supervisor.
- Maintain the order, care, and image of the boutique (front and back) in line with the Brand standards.
- Support the management of omnichannel flows and inventory activities.
- Contribute to the management of the cash desk and operational procedures, in respect of company policies.
