Requirements

• Provide exceptional service and promote brand, product, and loyalty programs
• Understand customer needs, present and advise on products with passion
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Encourage additional sales and omnichannel solutions (Click&Collect, Seek&Send, Tablets)
• Active support in achieving sales targets
• Professional handling of inquiries or complaints
• Ensure order and brand image in the store
• Support with omnichannel flows and inventory
• Participate in cash and operational workflows according to company guidelines
