As a Sales Advisor, you will be a true Brand Ambassador, welcoming every client with attention, understanding their needs, and accompanying them in a personalized and memorable shopping experience. You will be fundamental in strengthening the brand image and achieving sales goals through quality service and a relationship of trust.

• Offer exceptional service, valuing every interaction with the client and promoting the Brand, the product, and the loyalty programs.
• Understand the client's needs, tell the product with passion, and guide them in the choice that suits them best.
• Create long-term relationships with clients, building trust and loyalty.
• Actively contribute to achieving sales and team targets.
• Maintain the order, care, and image of the boutique (front and back) in line with the Brand's standards.
• Support the management of omnichannel flows and inventory activities.
• Contribute to managing the cash register and operational procedures, respecting company policies.
