Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 3-4 years' experience in a bank operations or customer service position or 7-8 years' equivalent experience in a bank operations or customer service function
- Ability to review accounts receivable aging reports and settlement statements to manage commercial and corporate relationships
- Ability to identify and verify legal and regulatory documentation requirements for new and existing accounts
- Ability to troubleshoot operational and technical issues for DDA and Treasury Management products
- Ability to maintain quality control by monitoring operational trends and ensuring resolution through Salesforce Case Management
