Requirements
- Completed studies in the field of business administration, finance, or a comparable training
- At least 5 years of experience in implementing ERP system consulting, especially in the field of financial affairs
- In-depth understanding of financial processes and their requirements for ERP systems
- Technical affinity and the ability to translate complex requirements into technical solutions
- Analytical and systematic thinking: You recognize connections between processes, system logic, and booking results
- Good understanding of tax special cases (e.g. §13b UStG, internal service, foreign postings)
- Very good communication skills, both in cooperation with IT teams and in direct customer advice
- Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
- Hand-on mentality: You don't just think, you also implement - with Excel, import tools, debug logic, or templates
