Job Description
Our company, Bold, is a fintech that provides payment solutions to micro-entrepreneurs. We're looking for a Business Analyst to support the growth of our credit product, making informed decisions, identifying opportunities, and improving overall product performance.
Requirements
- Design and structure credit origin policies
- Plan and execute A/B tests and experiments
- Document policies and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Investigate and analyze early warnings or deteriorations in key indicators
- Propose dynamic adjustments to policies and risk parameters
- Contribute to strengthening data capabilities within the credit team
