Job Description
The Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring the Luxembourg entity complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, particularly those set by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF). The role involves designing, implementing, and overseeing the compliance framework and supporting the business in managing regulatory risks effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a compliance role within a regulated financial or corporate services provider in Luxembourg.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in PSF as compliance officer.
- Strong knowledge of the Luxembourg regulatory environment, including CSSF requirements and AML/CFT legislation.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and act with integrity and discretion.
