The Global Business Process Manager is responsible for designing, optimizing, and governing global business processes across multiple regions and functions.
Requirements
- Own end-to-end global process frameworks, ensuring standardization and compliance across regions.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, and SOPs using BPM tools.
- Align processes with organizational strategy and regulatory requirements.
- Lead global process optimization initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and BPM methodologies.
- Manage complex, cross-functional projects related to process harmonization and transformation.
- Ensure processes adhere to internal governance standards and external regulatory requirements.
