Job Description
Boldr is a global B-Corp dedicated to client experiences and creating meaningful work in communities. They are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to oversee age receivables, invoicing, and client reporting. This role involves maintaining client relationships, ensuring timely payment collection, and providing support to management. The role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual passionate about impact and achieving Boldr's Purpose.
Requirements
- Send invoices and communicate with clients and customers to request and arrange payments.
- Manage collection efforts and associated functions.
- Record and track payments in databases and accounting software.
- Perform account reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner.
- Interact with customers to resolve outstanding issues.
- Perform weekly accounts receivable aging report.
- Maintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets, updating information as needed.
