Team Captain (For Pooling)

Boldr is a B-Corp dedicated to delivering world-class Client experiences while creating meaningful work in communities around the world. They are seeking a Team Captain to manage and develop a team, providing escalation for issues outside the formal authority of an agent, as well as collaborating with other team members, the People Manager and the Client Experience Manager to identify growth and development opportunities. The role emphasizes a culture of curiosity, dynamism, and authentic engagement with clients.

Requirements

• Identify growth and development opportunities for team members.
• Monitor and assess team members’ performance, and provide timely feedback.
• Ensure that team members are properly trained and working consistently to meet client needs.
• Ensure that the team meets company and client-specific KPI targets.
• Logistics and ensure team members' and equipment needs are met to sustain service levels.
• Guide advisors and analysts to foster growth and development.
• Demonstrate mastery of the company and Client’s offerings.
