Boldspace is a 6 year old marketing, branding and PR agency hiring a senior leader to help shape and deliver marketing transformation agenda. The role involves redesigning marketing operating models, guiding AI and automation adoption, and driving measurable performance improvement.

Requirements

• Senior experience in marketing, brand, communications or strategy roles
• Strong understanding of marketing operating models and organisational design
• Experience leading transformation or change initiatives
• Consulting, agency or in-house leadership background
• Comfortable working with CMOs and executive level
• Deep interest in marketing AI and automation
• Ability to position AI as part of a wider transformation strategy
