RAN Architect

We're looking for a RAN Architect to lead the architecture and evolution of our multi-tenant Neutral Host RAN platforms, ensuring robust support for 4G/5G virtualised deployments across enterprise and high-density venues.

Requirements

• Knowledge of 3GPP technologies (primarily 4G and 5G)
• RAN Architecture, emphasis on Interfaces and Protocols
• RAN Capacity Management, Feature and Parameter trial
• Performance and Configuration Management
• Defining and implementing processes for Performance reporting
• Lab testing experience for First-Site Integration
• Troubleshooting RAN and RF issues
• Experience working within MNO’s organisations
• Working knowledge of MNO’s processes and activities
• Layer 3 (Drive Test) analysis
• Knowledge of end-to-end mobile network architectures
• Knowledge about RAN interworking with Core Networks
