Job Description
We're looking for a Python Backend Engineer to build features and expose capabilities powering our real-time voice AI platform. This is an early, high-impact role where you'll shape the foundation of our product and directly influence its reliability, scalability, and performance.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience building scalable backend systems in Python
- Strong fluency with asyncio, event loops, and concurrency patterns
- Hands-on experience with WebSockets, LLMs, or agent-based architectures
- High ownership mindset and clarity over perfection
- Clear communicator and comfortable working cross-functionally
