We're looking for an analytical and solutions-driven Operations Specialist to help us grow our ride-hailing operations in Netherlands. As an Operations Specialist, you will have a direct and tangible impact on local operations that you can see in real-time.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Operations, Consulting, Startups, or other relevant organizations
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Dutch
- Highly analytical and data-driven mindset with excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Strong motivation to solve problems creatively and efficiently
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
