Operations Specialist

We’re looking for an analytical and solution-driven Operations Specialist to join our Micromobility team in Latvia. In this dynamic and hands-on role, you’ll manage Bolt’s e-scooter operations and drive business growth and profitability while ensuring our users have a great experience.

Requirements

• Managing local operations, prioritising assignments effectively, analysing and monitoring city metrics, reporting them to relevant stakeholders, and identifying local trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Streamlining operations by creating and optimising standardised processes to increase efficiency and resolve operational challenges.
• Taking actions based on customer feedback and identifying areas of improvement to enhance our customers’ satisfaction.
• Supporting the development of effective strategies to enhance our fleet's value proposition and improve performance and retention.
• Ensuring compliance with all legal, health, and safety regulations and keeping relevant stakeholders informed of any changes or updates to avoid potential risks.
