Senior Business Analyst - Operations

We are looking for a solutions-driven Senior Business Analyst to oversee supply and demand & to optimize and strategically propose innovation for our ride-hailing operations in Romania.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in either a highly analytical position or a project management one.
• Strong collaborator with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Romanian.
• Skilled in data analysis using tools like Excel/Google Sheets, with nice-to-haves like Looker and/or Tableau.
• Demonstrated expertise in working with financial data and a proven ability to interpret and analyze numerical information effectively.
• Solid understanding of the business landscape, including market trends and competitor analysis - you think strategically and align your analyses with business goals.
