Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in global recruitment and senior-level stakeholder management
- Proven success sourcing and hiring top talent across functions and geographies
- Strong knowledge of recruiting systems, tools, and channels (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Excellent data analysis, communication, and consulting skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field (preferred)
