Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in global recruitment and senior-level stakeholder management
• Proven success sourcing and hiring top talent across functions and geographies
• Strong knowledge of recruiting systems, tools, and channels (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
• Excellent data analysis, communication, and consulting skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field (preferred)
