Leader, Operations (Evening shift)

As a Leader, Operations, you will be responsible for planning and supervising the activities of a team of approximately 25 unionized employees, managing operational processes, and ensuring quality and productivity. You will work in a stimulating and fast-changing environment and have the opportunity to develop your talent in the organization.

Requirements

• Diploma in operations, production, or engineering management or a related field (aeronautics an asset)
• 1-5 years of experience in a supervisory role in a unionized manufacturing environment
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Managerial courage when managing personnel
• Interpersonal skills necessary to develop and maintain effective working relationships
• Motivated by a stimulating and fast-changing environment
• Proficient in French (bilingualism an asset)
• Flexible to work other shifts if required
