Section Chief, Advanced Structure Engineering

As a Section Chief, Advanced Structure Engineering at Bombardier, you will manage a team of structural designers and stress analysts, develop strategies for future aircraft structures, and ensure adequate engineering resources are assigned to meet product development deadlines. You will also set annual employee objectives, evaluate performance, and provide visibility on execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or aeronautical engineering
• 10+ years in the aerospace industry
• Experience in structural integrations, conceptual design, and preliminary sizing
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a management position
• Bilingual (French, English) with strong oral/written English skills
