Bombas is a comfort-focused premium basics brand with a mission to help those in need. The company launched in 2013 and is looking for a Director of Site Merchandising to improve overall and category-level site performance and brand perception.

Requirements

• 10+ years of eCommerce experience
• 5+ years of site merchandising experience
• 3+ years of experience leading the site merchandising function at a company where digital revenue exceeds $300M
• Hands-on experience with tools including CMS, analytics dashboards, and testing platforms
