Senior Product Manager - Payments

Booksy is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of their Financial Services Stream. This role involves solving problems related to Booksy Payments Solutions, focusing on in-store payments, app payments, gift cards, and improving efficiency in Key Performance Indicators. The ideal candidate will thrive in a scale-up environment and drive growth through data analysis and customer feedback.

Requirements

• Experience in the Product area with additional experience as a Senior Product Manager position, preferably in the payments domain
• Proficient in agile product development methodologies and tools
• Ability to identify core issues, describe them as problem statements and effectively break them down into actionable steps
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and drive data-informed decision making
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• A strategic mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to taking charge of product domain and the ability to work autonomously
