People & Talent Specialist

Boosted.ai is looking for a People & Talent Specialist to support our growing organization with talent acquisition, people operations, and culture-building responsibility. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in HR, People Operations, and/or Talent Acquisition and a proven ability to source and hire technical talent.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in HR, People Operations, and/or Talent Acquisition
• Proven ability to source and hire technical talent (software engineering preferred)
• Experience using an ATS (Greenhouse experience is a plus)
• Solid understanding of HR administrative processes and employment basics
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
• Experience planning or supporting team events or workplace culture initiatives
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced SaaS/fintech/AI startup environment
• Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
