Job Description
Project Engineer I assists in the development of plans, specifications, and inspection reports for substation projects. This role involves basic administrative tasks, interfacing with employees, and providing support to designers and CAD operators. The Engineer in Training (EIT) certification is a plus.
Requirements
- Assist in the development of plans, specifications, and inspection reports.
- Assist in the preparation of material lists and labor contracts.
- Assist with the preparation of substation designs and construction drawings.
- Basic administration of material purchases and construction contracts.
- Provide direction to designers and CAD operators.
- Perform basic functions of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Interface well with employees at all levels.
- Perform other related duties.
