Autonomy Engineer

Conduct research, development, integration, deployment, and evaluation of robotic and unmanned systems across multiple operational domains and DoD warfighter mission areas. Design, build, test, and demonstrate new robotic capabilities that address complex client problems in sensing, autonomy, and human interaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing and debugging software and algorithms in C/C++ for Linux-based embedded systems
• 2+ years of experience developing autonomy algorithms such as localization and path planning for navigation
• 2+ years of experience leading robotic software development efforts
• 1+ years of experience integrating Sensor Fusion and State Estimation algorithms
• Knowledge of ROS2 to develop software for robotic applications
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a Robotics field
