Civil Engineer

Manage the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of physical infrastructures. Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and safety regulations. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision. Mentor or supervise employees in both company and technical competencies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with industrial or facility reverse engineering and vulnerability assessment or analysis
• Experience with engineering research, capability or limitation analysis, reverse engineering analysis or characterizations, and facility and vulnerability assessments
• Experience in project management
• Knowledge of the International Building Code (IBC), Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), NFPA, ANSI, ASCE, and civil and environmental systems industry standards
• Knowledge of underground facilities or hard and deeply buried targets
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics
• Professional Engineering Certification
