Industrial Engineer, Senior

Industrial Engineer, Senior role to support Navy clients with strategic planning and execution work. Conduct analyses on supply chains and manufacturing processes to provide recommendations for optimization. Collaborate with suppliers and the U.S. Navy to implement changes and monitor progress.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting manufacturing and production at a mid- or large-scale defense contractor
• Knowledge of processes related to weapon system production
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement principles
• Knowledge of supply chain risk management concepts, including concepts related to manufacturing and quality management
• Ability to participate in or lead various integrated product teams (IPTs)
• Ability to travel to supplier sites up to 30% of the time
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering
