Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting manufacturing and production at a mid- or large-scale defense contractor
- Knowledge of processes related to weapon system production
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement principles
- Knowledge of supply chain risk management concepts, including concepts related to manufacturing and quality management
- Ability to participate in or lead various integrated product teams (IPTs)
- Ability to travel to supplier sites up to 30% of the time
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering
