Job Description
We are seeking a Network Engineer to join our team. As a Network Engineer, you will use your skills in network design and architecture to support the nation's defense and respond to evolving adversaries. You will monitor and support the operational Wi-Fi network, upgrade or develop enterprise-wide infrastructure, troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, and analyze current working infrastructures and increase security, reliability, and availability for mission-critical network systems.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in enterprise networking roles
- 1+ years of experience in network engineering and troubleshooting
- Experience with IP networking solutions
- Experience with access control solutions and account management
- Knowledge of TCP/IP and data network protocols, and protocol analysis tools, such as tcpdump or Wireshark
- Knowledge of DoD network deployments, STIGs, and IA compliance standards
- Ability to create and maintain technical documentation and diagrams
- Ability to work on a rotational shift schedule to provide 24x7x365 coverage, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
