Operations Lead

As an Operations Lead, you will implement and maintain organizational programs in support of our customers, work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting, and help with tactical planning using resources like network integration, mission, and planning and regular interactions with SOF clients and industry partners.

Requirements

• Experience supporting the development and delivery of strategies for business cases in the government cyber and IT fields
• Experience with forward-deployed SOF elements
• Experience briefing senior leaders and effectively communicating complex issues to a wide range of stakeholders
• Experience with military systems, training, and program or project management
• Knowledge of financial operations, cost, schedule, and performance
• Ability to prepare and deliver presentations using Micro soft PowerPoint
• Ability to develop and maintain a program schedule, including identification of critical path, risk mitigation activities, and resource loading across the entire systems development lifecycle
• TS /SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree
