Program Analyst

Program Analyst position at Booz Allen to support Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) client. Must have 5+ years of experience supporting a Major Defense Acquisition Program or Major System program. Secret clearance required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting a Major Defense Acquisition Program or Major System program
• Experience with execution of a single or multiple pathways or transition across pathways
• Experience reviewing and editing written materials for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and guidance
• Experience with program task planning such as the annual NAVSEA task planning, budget programming and execution activities, and analyzing and tracking allocations, obligations, and expenditures
• Experience preparing, managing, and tracking pre-award and post-award contract documentation such as Acquisition Plans, Justification and Approvals, Procurement Requests (PRs), Procurement Initiation Documents (PIDs), and procurement milestones within the Acquisition Management System (AMS) or procurement systems such as SeaPort NextGen
• Knowledge of the Adaptive Acquisition Framework (AAF), Middle Tier of Acquisition (MTA), Major Capability Acquisition (MCA) or Software Acquisition (SWA) pathways, Contract Management, and Defense Resourcing
• Ability to be proactive, self-motived, and pay strict attention to detail
• Secret clearance
