Program Management Specialist

We're seeking a Program Management Specialist to help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in program management or acquisition management, with experience using Microsoft Office tools and data analytics. The role involves managing multiple projects, planning and organization, decision making, work delegation, and employee development. The team supports a U.S. Navy client for acquisition and sustainment management of an Acquisition Category (ACAT) program.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in program management or acquisition management
• Experience with program or project management supporting the entire project lifecycle managing multiple and interrelated projects
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
• Experience in data analytics, including data interpretation, visualization, and deriving actionable insights to support decision-making
• Ability to manage multiple projects, including planning and organization, decision making, work delegation, and employee development
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree
