An effective project manager is needed to guide the eMAPS2 program through its lifecycle, identifying challenges, mitigating risks, and supporting a team with vision and focus.
Requirements
- Experience building and leading specialized teams to streamline workflows, implement automation, and enhance operational efficiency through innovative IT solutions
- Experience briefing senior leaders and effectively communicating complex issues to a wide range of stakeholders
- Experience with military systems, training, and program or project management
- Knowledge of financial operations, cost, schedule, and performance
- Ability to prepare and deliver presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
- Ability to develop and maintain a program schedule, including identification of critical path, risk mitigation activities, and resource loading across the entire systems development lifecycle
- TS /SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification
