Quality Systems Supervisor (Industrial Solutions)

BorgWarner is seeking a dynamic and experienced Quality Systems Supervisor to spearhead the development and implementation of a robust Quality Management System (QMS) for a new product line.

Requirements

• Lead, motivate, and develop quality team members to achieve organizational goals.
• Design and implement a robust, flexible Quality Management System (QMS) tailored to new product lines and viable for production environments.
• Ensure compliance with relevant QMS standards, with a strong preference for ISO and non-automotive standards.
• Serve as the management representative for quality system health, including internal and external audits.
• Act as the Voice of Quality in all matters related to quality systems and assurance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to investigate and resolve complex quality issues.
• Partner with supply chain and Manufacturing teams to develop and implement effective quality procedures/strategies that meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of the Supplier Manual and related processes.
• Proactively identify and address systematic failure modes through continuous improvement of the QMS.
• Engage with all levels of the organization to foster a culture of accountability and quality excellence.
