Requirements
- In-depth years of experience in a Client Services role within an agency environment
- Strong understanding of social-first delivery, including strategy, creative, media, and account management
- Skilled in project management and client services principles, with experience mentoring or developing others
- Experienced in the commercial management of accounts, including profitability and scope oversight
- Proven track record of retaining, developing, and growing client accounts
- Passionate about enhancing client experience and building strong, lasting relationships
- Ideally, experience working with global brands
- Demonstrated success in driving account growth, upselling, and leading successful pitches
- Confident in stakeholder management, engaging with senior client decision-makers
- Proactive problem solver with a solutions-focused mindset and strong attention to detail
- Passionate about social media, marketing trends, and delivering measurable impact
