Job Description
Borrowell is looking for a Marketing Specialist (Partnerships/Affiliates) to manage and scale partnership/affiliate/referral channels to grow user acquisitions and help more Canadians on their financial journey.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in scaling partnerships, referrals or affiliate (B2C or B2B)
- Marketing stack: hands-on experience with AppsFlyer (or equivalent) and affiliate platforms (e.g. Impact Radius or equivalent)
- Deep understanding of attribution for web and mobile app (we use AppsFlyer), event/pixel setup, tracking links, and UTMs
- Experience analyzing and making recommendations using data (we use Looker), while applying intuition as appropriate
