Requirements

• Support TLG (Technical Supplier Discussion) in collaboration with TLG team to identify potential supplier risks.
• Team work with commercial purchasing and R&D department to select the qualified suppliers.
• Coordinate ISIR and develop quality inspection planning to ensure component meet specifications.
• Involve and be a strong partner in Advanced Product Quality Planning/PQP (Preventive Quality Planning) to meet program metrics.
• Work with supplier and internal team to finish PPAP approval based on project timing plan.
• Implement process audit at supplier and follow-up audit till all findings closed.
• Lead Supplier Quality Improvement Project and Supplier Enabling Project (SQIP & SE).
• Trace 8D timing and evaluate 8D quality, train supplier 8D when needed.
• Collect failure costs and claim to supplier.
