Requirements

• Proficiency in machine, electrical, electronic, control engineering, and software knowledge
• Basic programming knowledge (C/C++, Python) and experience
• Japanese and English negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and teamwork-oriented individual
• Flexibility and positive thinking
• Business manner and general knowledge for direct negotiations with car manufacturers
