Job Description
IT-Concern is seeking a passionate IT Intern to kickstart their career and develop into a Cloud Support Engineer. The internship offers hands-on experience in a Managed Service Provider environment, supporting (international) organizations with workplace and cloud management. The role involves answering customer queries, troubleshooting issues, monitoring environments, and implementing solutions with guidance from experts in Microsoft 365, Azure, and Citrix. This internship promises personal coaching, training, and a fun, close-knit team environment with opportunities for growth.
